Capacities from 250 to 700 tn for hot stamping of nonferrous materials

Excellent technology is provided by induction furnaces, robotic machines and presses with capacities from 250 to 700 tn. In particular, the machine park is equipped with Hatebur molding islands, which express a working capacity of up to 200 strokes per minute. High-tech machinery, capable of working quickly and with a reliability recognized worldwide. Prerogative of Hatebur is also consistent quality over very high numbers of parts produced.

The machine park for hot stamping of nonferrous materials

The machine park dedicated to hot stamping of nonferrous materials includes 7 Hatebur, 11 traditional stamping machines, 3 blanking islands, 1 heat treatment furnace and 2 sandblasting machines. Equipment construction is done in-house with special attention to quality standards and specific customer demand. The CAD-CAM system and 3D mechanical drawing are managed by the engineering department for full control of the design of each part. In addition, the molding process is verified by the presence of FORGE software, which simulates the process before it is started. Molding simulation is a preventive activity that identifies possible cracks and errors.
